Strawberry Protein Milkshake

All the flavor of your favorite strawberry milkshake, but low in sugar and high in protein. This is one of my go-to treats!

*Makes 1 large or 2 small protein milkshakes

 

Ingredients

1 1/2 c frozen strawberries

2 tsp honey/agave, or 1 tbsp berry reduction

1 scoop vanilla rice protein (unsweetened)

3/4-1 c hemp milk (or other milk)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until creamy, adding more milk if necessary.
