Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ⅛ tsp cayenne
- ½ tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 jalapeno, seeded
- 2+ tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp veg stock
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
