Ingredients
cooked black beans (refried, or whole beans, smashed)
avocado, sliced
salt
pepper
desired toppings: escabeche (picked veggies), salsa, cilantro, greens, jalapeno, tomato, lime, etc…
Instructions
- Warm beans and tortillas. Prepare vegetables (wash/slice).
- Assemble tacos (black beans, avocado, salt, pepper + desired toppings). Yum.
